Nicole Gulotta

Nicole Gulotta launched the blog Eat This Poem in January 2012 as a way to fuse two of her passions: food and writing. She has an MFA in creative writing from Vermont College of Fine Arts and studied literature and art history at the University of California, Santa Barbara. In 2011, she founded The Giving Table, a website that empowers everyone to change the food system. She’s a regular contributor for Life & Thyme magazine, and her work has been featured in Positive Writer, Christian Science Monitor, and numerous guest posts. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and French bulldog.
